RFI Form For Construction Projects

This is a "Request For Information" or simply an RFI Form for use at any Construction Project.

RFIs are used widely when there is a question that needs to be replied by a Designer, a Client, a Subcontractor or whoever needs to clarify something that is not clear in the specs or in a drawing for example. It is an extremely helpful process.

This is a .doc file that includes all the steps of an RFI: the question and the reply.
