This is a Corrective Action or Preventive Action Report (CAR or PAR) for use in any Construction Project.
It has all the relevant steps of sample Corrective Action or Preventive Action (identification, link to the relevant NCR or potential NCR, approval, verification of action taken, etc). It can be used during an Audit, during any Inspection and test on site or whenever it is required.
